概述
SAP型泵是單級雙吸中開式離心泵 ，該型泵在SA型泵的基礎(chǔ)上，進行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計而發(fā)展的新系列產(chǎn)品。本系列產(chǎn)品既保持了SA型泵的水力性能好、效率高的特點，又在結(jié)構(gòu)上綜合了西德KSB公司和美國IR公司雙吸泵的技術(shù)作了新的改進，使之更合理、更可靠。
本系列產(chǎn)品供輸送不含固體顆粒的清水和物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其余液體，被輸送的介質(zhì)溫度為0°C~80°C，適用于工廠、城市、礦山、電站、水利工程等的排水或給水用泵。

泵旋轉(zhuǎn)方向
  從電機端看為逆時針方向，即吸水口在左、吐出口在右.用戶若有更改方向、增加軸伸、改變軸封方式、更換過流部件材等要求,均可與本廠協(xié)商解決.

結(jié)構(gòu)說明
本型泵的吸入口與吐出口均在水泵軸心線的下方，與軸線垂直成水平方向。檢修時無需拆卸進出口水管及電動機。從傳動方向看去。SAP型泵為逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。（根據(jù)用戶需要亦可改為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)）
泵的主要零件有—：泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸套等。除軸的材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼外，其余主要零件為鑄鐵制成。
泵體與泵蓋構(gòu)成葉輪的工作室。在進出水法蘭上，制有安裝真空表和壓力表的管螺孔。進出水法蘭的下部，制有放水和管螺孔（可根據(jù)客戶要求采用不繡鋼軸與青葉輪）
經(jīng)過靜平衡校驗的葉輪，用軸套和兩邊的螺母固定在軸上，葉輪的軸向力利用其葉片對稱布置、兩面進水達到平衡。
泵軸由單列向心球軸承支承，軸承裝在軸承體內(nèi)。安裝在泵體兩端。
雙吸密封環(huán)用以減少水泵壓水室的水漏回吸水室。
泵通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電動機直接傳動，必要時亦可用內(nèi)燃機傳動。
軸封為軟填料或機械密封。為了防止空氣進入泵內(nèi)和冷卻潤滑密封腔，在填料之前裝有填料環(huán)，水泵工作時少量高壓水，通過泵蓋中開面上的梯形凹槽或水封管流入填料腔或機械密封腔。起水封作用。
